C&W Appliance Service Agreement

I. Coverage Period
The C&W Service Agreement covers your Product for 1 year from the purchase date of this agreement.
II. Product Inspection
The appliance must be inspected by a C&W Service Technician prior to initial sale of a C&W Service Agreement. All issues identified must be resolved prior to the activation of this agreement.
III. Renewal
The service agreement may be renewed during the 12′ month of service. Appliances covered under a renewed service agreement are exempt from inspection. Should a lapse in coverage occur, a C&W Service Technician must perform an inspection prior to renewal.
The C&W Service Agreement may be renewed until the 10″‘ year of the appliance life.
IV. Product Coverage
The C&W Service Agreement covers 100% cost of labor during the service agreement period (excluding parts, including cosmetic parts) and repairs. All repairs must be diagnosed and performed by a representative of C&W or party authorized by C&W. C&W will refund the purchaser for the price of the C&W Service Agreement if parts are not available or the unit is deemed un-repairable.
Products are covered under the following circumstances:
– Failure due to normal wear and tear
– Failure due to power surges
V. Transferring the Agreement
This agreement may not be transferred during the duration of the agreement.
VI. Consumer’s Promises and Assurances
In order to keep this Program in force during this term, You must maintain the Product in accordance with the service requirements set forth by the manufacturer’s specifications, including cleaning and maintenance. In addition, vou promise and assure: (1) full cooperation with the technicians and authorized servicers during diagnosis and repair of the Product; (2) accessibility of the Product; (3) a non-threatening and safe environment for in-home service; (4) the presence of an adult at the time at scheduled service; (5) that the product is not used for business of commercial purposes; and (6) that You will provide notice of any defect of deficiency in service within 30 days of discovery.
VII. Exclusions
This agreement does not cover:
– Acts of God
– Theft
– Vandalism
– Commercial use
– Cosmetic parts (including, but are not limited to: Handles, Bins, Shelves, Doors, Toe Kicks, Bulbs, Knobs, Screws, Panels, Grates, Display Panels (if cosmetic), Charcoal filters, Lint Filters, Side Panels, Front Panels, etc)
Note: For the purposes of this agreement, C&W Appliance refers to CW Services Holdings (d.b.a. C&W Appliance Service).
